He is survived by: his wife Carrie Pears Crouch; his children, Philip Crouch (Letisha), Christopher Crouch (Caroline), Ethan A. Crouch (Kyla), Caleb Crouch (Susanna) and Emily Toy; his grandchildren, Kiara, Tyler, Isabel, Maisey, Presley, Kendall, Judson, Raylan, Allyanna, Beaux, Tobias, Winnie, Alice, Millie and Eleanor; and his siblings, Jon Crouch, Alex Crouch, Joel Crouch and Bethany Kelley.
