She was predeceased by : her mother Beverly Murphy; her son Tim Beard; and her stepbrother Larry Murphy. She is survived by : her husband John DeMoss; her father Robert A. Murphy; her stepson Travis DeMoss (Lee Ann); her granddaughter Katherine DeMoss; her stepdaughter Susan DeMoss (John Hutchens); her granddaughters, Chelsie and Shawnee Hutchens; her siblings, Pam Kirkpatrick, Darlene Crawford, Danette Bryant, Bob Murphy (Kim) and Lenny Messal (Carla); her stepsiblings, Rhonda Jeske, Susie Nixon (Don), LeAnn Echterling (Dave) and Mike Murphy (Amy); and her sister-in-law Grace G. Carleton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Franciscan Hospice House, Hancock County Children's Choir in honor of Donna or your favorite charity.
