He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl E. Grose and Mary Jane Shively Grose; his brother Richard E. Grose; his half-brother Edwin T. Grose; his stepbrother James F. Irish; and his stepfather Floyd A. Irish.

He is survived by : his wife Sandra K. Grose (Carino); his children, Kevin M. Grose, Kristen J. Loy, Kyle P. Grose (Danielle) and Michelle L. Corwin; his grandchildren, Blake Hudson Grose, Olivia K. Grose, Brooke L. Loy, Brianna J. Loy and Quinn R. Grose; his great grandchildren, Ava L Grose and Beckett H. Grose; his sister Barbara L. Rogers; and also Butch Shaw.

Gary helped me stay busy in my younger years so that i was not out doing things that I shouldn't have been doing and today I really appreciate that.
