He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Bean (Shinn). He is survived by: his parent Jerry Bean (Peg); his wife Natalie Bean (Merrell); his children, Stephanie, Melissa, Monika and Jerry III; his siblings, Jesse (Amiee), Allyson (Shawn) and Jenny; and his grandchildren, Jonathan and Ella.
