He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wright and Beate Christiana Wright (Raumphkin); and his sister Hope Watson. He is survived by: his wife Lori Wright (Hardin); his daughters, Larissa Wright, Kayleigh Wright and Rachel Wright; his aunt Angela Schlage (Arno); his niece Alexis Couchman (Jason); his cousin Ingo Schlage (Bon); and his pet Ollie.
