He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Webster and Mary Webster; and his brothers, Marcus and Leonard Webster. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn "C. D." Webster; his daughter Brandy Shifflett; his siblings, Norma Benton (David), Anita Abner (Roger), Michael Webster (Debra), Vernon Webster (Anne), Russell Webster (Marcie), Roy Webster (Lorrie) and Gary Webster (Jana); and his granddaughters, Brooklyn and Bella Shifflett.
