She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Carmen and Rose Mary Carmen. She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Erin Reaper (Sonny), Matthew Dooley (Crystal) and Ian Dooley (Angelica); and her grandchildren, Savannah, Hudson, Trinity, Liam, Hayden, Jamison and Margaret (Maggie Rose). She is also survived by her friends, for her family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Operation Christmas Child, where Rosie joyfully volunteered for many years.
