She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin and Velma Mary Webb (Watson); and her sisters, Janet Kay Webb Esarey (Robert) and Mary Patricia Webb Draper (Charles). She is survived by: her husband Phil. She is also survived by her family and her friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stillinger Family Funeral Home Hendryx New Palestine Chapel (19 E Main St, New Palestine, IN 46163). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
