He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Parks and Gertude Irene Walsh Parks; and his brothers, Charles Parks, Doug Statzer and Bob Statzer.
He is survived by: his daughter Renee; his son-in-law Joe Buttler; his grandchildren, Jessica Shotts (Daylin), Joey Buttler and Michael Buttler; and his sisters, Patricia Thurston-Enney, Carolyn Williams and Norma Dodd. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
