He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ayer; his daughters, Marsha Patrick (DeWayne) of Topeka and Pamela Vines (Dan) of New Paris; and his grandsons, Daniel Patrick (Felicia), James Patrick (Sara) and Cody Scoles (Ally). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
