He was predeceased by: his son Adam Fowler. He is survived by: his wife June Fowler (Kauffman); his children, John Fowler (Michelle), Erin Fowler and Eric Fowler (Amber); his grandchildren, Abigail, Karoline, Jayden, Haylei, Vivienne and Everett; his great grandchild Jackson; and his sisters, Pam Hunsberger of Goshen and Vicki Miller (Gregg) of Goshen. He is also survived by his family, friends.
