He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville R. Lutes and Louise I. Lutes (Vail); and his sister Phyllis Feaster. He is survived by: his wife Florence Louise Hixson; his children, Ralph Lutes (Melba), Mary Ann Holderman (Dale) and Richard "Rick" Lutes (Amy) of Hampshire, IL; his granddaughters, Tina Martin (Ken) and Stacy Lutes; his great grandchildren, Audrianna and Derrick Martin; his sister Sue Neff; and his sister-in-law Linda Hollinger (Roger).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home (1911 S Main St, Goshen, IN 46526). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to the New Paris Lions Club or to Grace United Methodist Church, New Paris.
