With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iris Ann Glass of New Point, Indiana, born in Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on June 18, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Deiwert and Delena Deiwert (Swinford); her former spouse Gene Hatton; her spouse Thomas E. Glass; her brother Bill Deiwert; her stepsiblings, June Deiwert, James Johnson and Chester Johnson; and her stepsons, Michael Glass and Tim Glass.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Chandler (Charles) of Lexington, KY, Sandra Robbins (Bob) of Columbus, IN, Darrell Hatton (Debbie) of Greensburg, IN and Lyle Hatton of Greensburg, IN; and her stepdaughters-in-law, Becki Glass of Cleves, OH and Sally Glass of Springfield, OH. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
