He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Bell and William "" Bell of Tennessee; his brother James Allen VanGilder; and his brothers-in-law, Keith Willis and Mike Grenard.
He is survived by: his wife Jayme Bell; his children, Katina Couts, Gabriel Bell, Cassie Rice (Willie) and Kimberly Farrell (Brad); and his sisters, Paula Willis and Ruth Ann Bell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandson.
