He is survived by: his mother Barbara Crutcher Thomas of Louisville, KY; his children, Adam Thomas of Louisville, KY, Andrew Thomas of Frankfort, KY, Amanda Thomas of Campbellsburg, KY and Lacie Thomas of New Salisbury, IN; his granddaughter Chaylen Thomas of Campbellsburg, KY; and his brothers, Terry Thomas (Jill) of Dunnellon, FL and Jeffrey Thomas of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew, and many beloved friends.
