She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Futterer (Aboo) and Eva Futterer; her husband Victor Hammack; her former husband John Hay (Jack); her sister Alberta Phillips (Myrnie); her nephew Darrell Miller; her stepson Greg Hammack; her children-in-law, Joe Harmon and Annette Hay; and her great-nephew Darrell Miller, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Terry Hay of Newburgh, Eva Harmon of Boonville and Vickie Hosack; her grandchildren, Chris Hosack, Matt Hosack, Chad Hammack and Jodie Hammack; her great grandchildren, Gavin Hosack, Olivia Hosack, Kyrstin Hosack, Kinley Hosack, Peyton Hosack, Paisley Hosack and Victor Hosack; and her great great grandchild Anakin Stewart. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (1301 S Green River Rd, Evansville, IN 47715). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
