He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe M. Garner and Rosa E. Garner (Pierce); his wife Clara "Jean" Garner (Berry); and his daughter Teresa Garner Bean. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Veatch (Joe) of Newburgh, IN and Debra Stroud (Mark) of Owensville, IN; and his grandchildren, Andrea Flores (Eddie), Neil Stroud, Stacey Dehart (Cody) and Joy Murphy (Derek). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
