He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Sullivan and Florence Louise Sullivan (Akers); and his son John Patrick Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Kerry Allen Sullivan of Boonville, Patrick Robert Sullivan of Evansville, Charles Neal Sullivan of Newburgh, Paul Michael Sullivan of Folsomville and Kay Sullivan Morris of Lexington, TN; his grandchildren, Kyle Sullivan of Seattle, WA, Lyndsey Bruckerhoff of Newburgh, IN, Kendra Sullivan of Louisville, KY, Kaitlyn Sullivan of Houston, TX and Kevin Sullivan of Denver, CO; and his sister Dorothy Stuby of Franklin, IN.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
