He was predeceased by : his significant other Theresa; and his parents, Wiley P. Hazelip and Ida Belle Hazelip (Roberts). He is survived by : his children, Bobby Lee (Sharon), Debi Finn (David), Tina Reeves, Derek (Tina) and Heath (Carrie); his grandchildren, Brian (Ashley), Terry (Aly), Russell (Hannah), Neil (Hayley), Heidi (Ira), Austin (Serena), Justin, Annie (Brandon), Jacob, Daniel, Hayley, Hunter and Hayden; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Alec, Cale, Simon, Bianca, Bryce, Bridgett, Junior, Maxwell, Mason, Jacsen, Hunter, Shelby and Leo; and his pet Stella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
