She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie M. Owen Jr. and Berta Owen Mankenberg (Walker); and her stepmother Betty Owen. She is survived by: her siblings, Artie "Chip" M. Owen III, Chris L. Owen (Marie), Robin K Bowmer (Graham), Leslie K Koonce (Jeff), Scott T Owen (Becky) and Melanie T Renner (Chris); and her pets, Maxx and Jack. She is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
