She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Louise Smith and Robert A. Smith; and her brother Robert "Bobby" A. Smith. She is survived by: her husband Clifford Jarrett; her daughter Lori Smith (Steve); her granddaughters, Rachel Lepine (Guillaume) and Sarah Igra (Brandon); her siblings, Patricia Sexton (Don) and Gary Smith (Jan); and her stepdaughters, Cheryl Roberts and Cindy Jarrett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and step grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home-Newburgh (5333 Old Indiana 261, Newburgh, IN 47630). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the Rose Hill Cemetery (5133 Old Indiana 261, Newburgh, IN 47630).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Evansville Rescue Mission's Susan H. Snyder Center for Women and children or the Salvation Army of Evansville.
