She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis Chivian and Adele Chivian; her husband Milton Siegel; and her close friend Bob Levi. She is survived by : her daughters, Lisa Siegel Slutsky (Rick) of Sarasota, FL and Jan Luebbe of Evansville, IN; her granddaughters, Rachel (Jeffrey) and Madeline (Noah); and her cousins, Kay and Gary Weiss.
