He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Dewey Holzclaw, Sr. and Juanita Belle Purcell (Bradshaw); and his sister Dinah Faircloth. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl "Sherry" Kay Holtzclaw (Ethridge) of Indiana; his son Jason D. Arvin (Valarie) of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Paulette Powell of Greenville, KY, Samantha Maxwell of Pukalini, HI and Richard Holzclaw (Rebecca); his parents-in-law, William "Bill" Ethridge, Sr. and Doris "Dolly" Ethridge of Evansville, IN; his brothers-in-law, William "Billy" Ethridge, Jr. (Pamela) of Evansville, IN and Gregory "Greg" Ethridge (Cheryl) of Posey County; and his grandchildren, Nicholas D. Arvin, Mason Henry Arvin and Natalie Arvin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home (5330 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
