He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Feltner and Eugene Smith; his former wife Nancy Smith; his sister Annette Pettus; and his children, Amanda Taylor and Matthew Spalding.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Smith; his children, Lindsey Crow and Stephen Smith; his children-in-law, Holly Smith and Chad Crow; and his grandchildren, Madison, Robert, Madelyn, Conner, Emily Taylor, Elise, Lauren, TJ Crow, Ryann Spalding and Xavier Smith. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Heart to Heart Hospice or The Refuge Christian Church.
