He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lindle and Verbale Davis Adams; his former wife Linda Gatewood Adams; his siblings, Betty Ann Adams Willett, Margaret Ruth Adams French and Billie Lindle Adams; his stepdaughter Tina Humes (Bootsie); and his stepgranddaughter Brandi Helms.
He is survived by: his wife Ernestine Allen-Adams; his children, Elaine Allen Bulington (Allen) of Newburgh, IN, Sandra Brindley (Joel) of Lynnville, IN, Carol McGill (Jerry) of Boonville, IN, Lowell Keith Allen, Jessie Adams (Mary Jo), Shirley Mercer (Richard), Jessica, Jennifer, Tiffany, Nick, Misa, Ryan, Seth, Caylee and Kilian; his great grandchildren, Clara, Alaina, Amias, Colton, Jaylei, Jayce, Lakelynn, Kayden and Noah; and his stepgrandchildren, Cody, Justice, Keely, Ty, Gage and TaylorStep.
