She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicolas Tameling and Elizabeth Tameling (Teune); her siblings, Pete, Nick Tameling and Hets Duncan; and her grandson Trevor Scarlett.

She is survived by: her husband Harold; and her children, Terri Scarlett (John), Mike Post (Stephanie) and Jim Post (Tracy). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
