He is survived by: his sons, Hal Cunningham (Na), Blake Cunningham (Kelsi) and Christopher Cunningham (Sarah); his grandchildren, Emma, Adalaide, Aubrey, Beckett and Keith Cunningham (Cynthia); and his cousin Keith Cunningham. He is also survived by his cousin and brother because they were both only children.
