He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Douglas Flewallen. He is survived by: his mother Alice Flewallen (Griffin); his wife Krista Flewallen (Ziliak); his sister Kerri Gehlhausen (Greg); his nephews, Benjamin Marc, Joshua and Elijah; and his parents-in-law, Ronald and Diana Ziliak.
