He was predeceased by : his parents, Ovle Eugene and Alice Mae Miller (Young); his brother Ronald E. Miller; his parents-in-law, Wayne Geurin and Jessie Geurin; and his son Shane Labhart (Buc).

He is survived by : his wife Janice Miller (Geurin); his children, Ryan Miller (Liz) of Newburgh and Julie Labhart (Dustin Ushman) of Evansville; his grandchildren, Suzanne Kempel of Wake Forest, N. C, Sophie, Silas Miller of Newburgh and Sawyer Labhart of Wake Forest, NC; his sister Tracy Vosler (Greg) of Russells Point, OH; his mother-in-law Gail Geurin of Boonville, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Geurin (Anne Stuart) of Newburgh, Mike Geurin (Paula) of Paris, TN, John Stevens (Rose) of Newburgh, IN, Donna Watson (Roger) of Eddyville, KY and Rita Miller of Shoals, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
