He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baugh and Thelma Baugh (Berger). He is survived by: his wife Betty Baugh (Conrad); his children, Elaine Houseman (Andrew) and Robert Conrad Baugh (Jennifer); his sister Beverly Daniels; and his grandchildren, Eva Peach, Alec Houseman and Liam Baugh.
