He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Claypool and Delores Claypool (Putman). He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, C. J. (Alisha) and Jessica (Farrin); and his sister Connie Osgood (Russ) of Danville, IL. He is also survived by daughters and granddaughters.
