He was predeceased by : his father Elmer S. Puckett. He is survived by : his mother Nancy Puckett (Hamilton); his husband Rick Sills; his stepsons, Clay Sills (Jamie), Drew Sills (Renee), Taylor Sills (Leslie) and Austin Sills (Crissy); his grandchildren, Keelin, Emmy, Ashlyn, Cooper, Leo and Zoey; his stepfather Fred Henderson of Lafayette, TN; and his sisters, Rowena Hazelwood (Dean) and Rhonda Garrett. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
