He is survived by: his wife Bobbi; his children, Kimberly Smith (Jeff) of Owensboro, Kentucky and Timothy (Daneen) of Henderson, Kentucky; his stepsons, Kent Toole (Lisa) of Helena, Kirk Toole (Ann) of Springville and Kristoffer Toole (Katrina) of Jersey City; his grandchildren, Brittany Murphy (Justin) of Newburgh, Tabatha Chinn of Evansville, Belle Townsend (Ceirra) of Frankfort and Grayson Townsend of Henderson, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Hudson Murphy and Miles Murphy; his stepgrandchildren, Alex Toole of Birmingham, Emily Toole of Birmingham, Riley Toole of Birmingham, Isabella Toole of Helena, Alabama and Wyatt Toole of Helena, Alabama; and his brothers, Jeff Caudill (Connie) of Sturgis and John Caudill (Elise) of Morganfield, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
