He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine (Schartung) and Joseph S. Fulkerson; his son William "Kenny" Fulkerson; his siblings, Mary Nicholson, Theresa Johnson, Loretta Sue Day, Paul and Bill Fulkerson; and his brother-in-law Bob Dorman.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fulkerson (Dodd); his son Brock Fulkerson (Chrisie); his grandchildren, Destennie Holtzclaw and Kayleb Holtzclaw; his great grandchildren, Shyloh Lawson and Edynn Holtzclaw; and his sisters, Carolyn Davis (James) and Donna Dorman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
