He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Jamey (Amanda); his grandchildren, Luke Andrew, Jasmyn Jade, Jayda Nicole of Elberfeld and Rebecca Brown; his siblings, Rebecca Brown, Jayda Nicole of Elberfeld, Jasmyn Jade and Luke Andrew; and his caregiver Jen.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald Charities or The Leukemia Society of America.
