He is survived by: his children, Andria Barthlow (Tony), Kasey Phelps (Jamie) and Kourtney Daniels (Rodney); his former wife Marsha Phelps; and his siblings, Darrel W. Phelps, Sr., Shelia Morley and Connie Rhinerson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
