In loving memory of Shannon Badger of Newburgh, Indiana, who departed this world on October 11, 2025 at the age of 71. Shannon leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Birk Harl and Frances Harl (Church). She is survived by: her husband Bill Badger; her sons, Brian Phelps, Kyle Badger, Bill Badger Jr., Keary Badger (Jann) and Brock Badger; her siblings, Sherry Smith-Myers and C. A. Smith (Betty); and her siblings' children, Carey Reisz, Cindy Kegelman (Lance) and Roger Smith (Kelly). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home East Chapel, Washington Avenue (5330 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
