She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafe Hazelwood, Jr. and Frances Hazelwood; her daughter Shannon Peavyhouse; her brother Charles E. Hazelwood; and her granddaughter Mindi Skelton-Doerter.
She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don"; her children, Rhonda Skelton (Randy), Christopher Boling and Stephen Boling; her grandchildren, Randa Skelton and Jeremy Skelton; and her great grandchildren, Haven Wheeler, Dax and Dalton Doerter.
