It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Reed (Newburgh, Indiana), who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell Richard and Norma Ruth Boes (Staggs); her brothers, William L. and Larry R. Boes; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Hayman Reed and Dale Gummere.

She is survived by : her husband Bill; her children, Richard D. Reed (Jane), RaJeanda L. Jones (Mark) and John R. Reed (Mimi); her grandchildren, Derrick Reed (Sarah), Ethan Jones, Emma Jones, Nicholas Reed and Cacee Reed; her great grandchildren, Thea, Quinn and Declan Reed; her brother Thomas E. Boes (Cindy); and her siblings-in-law, Sherman R. Reed (Dot) and Naomi Reed Hofmann (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
