She is survived by: her children, John F. Moesner, IV and Patty Moesner; her husband John III; her grandchildren, Emily Baldwin (Eric), Molly Moesner, Jacob Moesner and Caleb Moesner; her great grandchildren, Jude Baldwin, Oliver Baldwin and Vivian Baldwin; her sister Kazuko; her sibling's children, Yuko, Kaori and Kenta; and her great-nieces, Eri and Risa.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Linda E. White Hospice House in Shizuko's honor, located at the Deaconess Midtown Campus in Evansville, Indiana.
