He is survived by : his wife Brittney Houston Brooks of Newburgh, Indiana; his parents, Kelly Brooks and Darla Brooks of Henderson, Kentucky; his siblings, Tyler "BamBam" Brooks (Brittney Harnage Brooks) of Paducah, Kentucky and Tassidy Evelyn Brooks of Henderson; his grandparents, Dan Murphy of Baskett, Kentucky and Janice Brooks of Henderson, Kentucky; his uncle Greg Brooks of Henderson, Kentucky; his parents-in-law, Tony and Diane Folz of Evansville, Indiana; his grandmother Katzie Crowley of Evansville, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Brad Folz (Amy) of Evansville, Indiana and Jami Critser of Evansville, Indiana. He is also survived by two cousins; and several nieces and nephews.
