He is survived by: his wife Diane Supper (Johnson) of Newburgh; his children, Josh Bullington (Olivia) of Phoenix, AZ, Austen Bullington (Nicole) of Nashville, TN, Alyssa Daughtrey (Henry) of Newburgh and Olivia Supper of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Emery, Adley Daughtrey, Hazley Bullington and Izzy Supper; his sister Alice Birdsley (Jeff) of Austin, TX; and his brother-in-law Bill Johnson (Julia) of Indianapolis.
