He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Harrison; his granddaughter Andrea Roberts; and his siblings, Wayne West, Leiton West and Mary Callahan.

He is survived by: his children, Dean West (Loretta) and Randy West (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Kristy Roberts, Brett Harrison, Misty Loy, Terri Maxwell, Dustin West, April Cockrum, Rachel West, Brandi Sager and Jordan West. He is also survived by his 10 great grandchildren; and his 4 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given in his name to the donor's choice of charity.
