He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Buhr and Anna Epp (Letkeman); his son Brian Buhr; and his siblings, Rita Goosen, William Buhr, Earnest Buhr and Vera Buhr.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Juliana Buhr (Kuntz); and his children, Allan Buhr, Steven Buhr and Natalie Cooper. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
