He is survived by: his children, Brian Eubanks (Denise), Dana Eubanks, Beverly Judd, Deborah Hackett and Bradley Eubanks (Tonya); his grandchildren, Paige Parsons (Jay), Nichole Kent (Joe), Trent Eubanks, Ryan Judd (Gigi), Britany Felix (Bryan), Anthony Hackett (Amanda), Jason Hackett and Cassie Brown (Joey); and his sister Glenda Holman (Harold). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
