She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Retherford and Hazel Retherford (Featherston). She is survived by: her son Shirl Ray of Simpsonville, SC; her granddaughters, Stacey Ray and Roxanne Parsons (Josh); her close friends, Nora Hanson, Chesterfield and Eunice Climmer of Indianapolis, IN.; her granddaughter Lisa Hottell (Scott) of Westfield, IN; and her adoptive daughter Elizabeth Taflinger (Liz) of Sheridan, IN.. She is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
