It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles S. Phillips of Noblesville, Indiana, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Phillips and Rosalie Phillips (Eubank). He is survived by : his wife Janet Phillips; his brother Neal Phillips (Sharon); his sons, Chuck Phillips (Roxanne) and Joe Phillips (Missy); and his grandsons, Charlie Phillips and Avery Mattingly.
