She was predeceased by : her uncles, Jack and Mel Ott; and her grandparents, Robert Ott, Jay, Roslyn Beaver, Dick and Bette Winnings.
She is survived by : her daughter Kirstin Hampton of Lexington, Kentucky; her parents, Sonny Ott and Marcia Ott of Noblesville, Indiana; and her siblings, Lisa, Ryan, Micah, Olivia, McKinley of Pendleton, Indiana, Sean (Cheri), Austin and Taeler.
