It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Kay Strother of Noblesville, Indiana, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Larry Strother; her children, James Wright (Amanda), Peter Wright (Céleo Valladares) and Autumn Mey (Charles); her stepchildren, Tony Strother (Nicole) and Nikki Willis (Jeff); her grandchildren, Mackinzie, Gracyn, Kennedy, Jack, Zoey, Chazz, Grace, Angel, John and Pamela; her great grandchild Mateo; her sisters, Lisa Asbury-Morrison, Annette Young and Jeanette Asbury; her parents, Roy Wingo and Virginia Asbury; her stepfather Robert Asbury; and her siblings, Pamela Asbury Boles and Bobby Asbury.
A graveside service to commemorate Deborah's life will be held at Brookside Cemetery, located at 300 W & S Brookside Road, Lapel, Indiana, on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 11 a.m. In deference to Deborah's compassionate spirit, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Little Red Door Foundation, an organization that provided her with support during her courageous battle with cancer.
