He is survived by: his parents, Therese Lipscomb and Russell Muldoon; and his son John Muldoon. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Suburban North Club (16065 Prosperity Dr, Noblesville, IN 46060).
